I am enclosing a drawing of our <br /> truck stop facility, which shows the low lying areas. I have <br /> been general manager here for three years. Two of the three <br /> years, we have rented the low lands to farmers for hay crops. <br /> Because off Hwy 51 and I-90 being built up roadways, all the <br /> water drains into our property. Only when there is an extremely <br /> wet year do we have standing water on our property. Our pro- <br /> posed repair shop is approximately 400 to 500 feet from our <br /> low lying area.
