• <br /> • PETITION NO. -3sc? <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> BLOOMING GROVE <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 12, Town of Blooming Grove , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the RH-3 Rural Homes & A-2 Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes & A-2 Agriculture District. <br /> #3559: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 NE 1/4 of Section 12, Town of Blooming Grove described as <br /> follows: Part of Lots 1 & 2 CSM 4238 - TO RH-2: Beginning at the Southwest <br /> corner of Lot #2, CSM 4238, thence Southwest along the highway right-of-way <br /> line 50 feet to The centerline of Door Creek. Thence N 16° E 460 feet along <br /> the centerline of said Door Creek, thence N 80° E 460 feet along said creek <br /> centerline; thence East 50 feet, thence S 00° 30' E, 300 feet along the East <br /> line of Lot #2, to the Southeast corner of said lot; thence Southwesterly <br /> 664.83 feet along the highway to the point of beginning. TO A-2: Beginning <br /> at the Northeast corner of Lot #2, CSM 4238, thence S 89° 30' W 493.61 feet; <br /> thence S 00° 30' E 985 feet; thence N 86° E 460 feet along the centerline of <br /> Door Creek, thence East 100 feet; thence N 00° 30' W 900 feet along the East <br /> line of Lot #2 to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
