Agriculture District to the <br /> R-1 Residence District. <br /> #3565: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 6, Town of Christiana described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 6; thence N 89° <br /> 23' 54" W, 1324.57 feet to the Southeast corner of said Section quarter <br /> quarter; thence N 00° 03 ' 27" E along the Easterly line of the said quarter <br /> quarter, 480 feet to the point of beginning. Thence N 89° 23' 54" W, 368.02 <br /> feet more or less to the centerline of CTH W; thence Northeasterly along the <br /> centerline of CTH W to the intersection of said centerline and the Easterly <br /> line of said quarter quarter; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of said <br /> quarter quarter to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
