DEED RESTRICTION STATEMENT <br /> This amendment will be effective , if within 60 days of its <br /> adoption by the County Board of Supervisors , the owner or <br /> owners shall record the following restrictions running in <br /> favor of Dane County as well as the owners of the land : <br /> 1 .
