Jones Rezonin Matters <br /> Our File No. : 21135 <br /> Dear Mr. Anderson: <br /> Pursuant to our discussion of October 7, 1985, and the <br /> materials we filed with your Department at that time in <br /> connection with the zoning and conditional use permit request, <br /> you indicated additional information would be required. This <br /> letter is in response to that request for additional information. <br /> 1. Proposed Use of the Property. Equipment storage. <br /> 2 . A Time Schedule for Development. Construction will be <br /> undertaken as soon as the request for rezoning has been acted <br /> upon with expected completion in January, 1986 . <br /> 3 . Reasons Why the Property is Suitable for the Proposed <br /> Use. The parcel immediately adjoining the parcel for which <br /> rezoning has been requested contains a building which will be <br /> added on to and will be integrated into the equipment storage <br /> facility. The facility is within several hundred feet of an <br /> existing snow plow equipment business and will be integrated into <br /> that business. <br /> 4 . A Description of Land Uses Within 300 Feet of the <br /> Property Proposed for a Conditional Use Permit. Agricultural and <br /> C-2 zoning. <br /> 5 . A Site Plan of the Property, Drawn to Scale.
