• <br /> PETITION NO. 35/73 <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> MONTROSE <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies b Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board • <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 3 , Town of Montrose , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> A-2 Agriculture District. <br /> #3573: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 - Section 3, Town of Montrose described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of the said Section 3; thence N 89° 27' 42" <br /> W 396.31 feet; thence N 00° 09' 39" E 529.85 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> thence N 00° 09' 39" E 396 feet to the Northeast corner of the Plat of Paoli; <br /> thence S 89° 59' 11" E 305 feet more or less to the Sugar River; thence <br /> Southwesterly along the river to a point which is S 89° 59' 11" E from the <br /> point of beginning; thence N 89° 59' 11" W 185 feet more or less to the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> This' description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
