Agriculture District to the <br /> R-1 Residence District. <br /> #3574: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 - Section 19, Town of Dunn described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the North quarter corner of the said Section 19; thence S 00° <br /> 21' E 2142.6 feet to the centerline of CTH B and the point of beginning of <br /> this description; thence S 66° 12' E along the centerline 220 feet; thence N <br /> 00° 21' W 220 feet; thence N 66° 12' W 220 feet; thence S 00° 21' E 220 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
