ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3585 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DEERFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the A-2 <br /> Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 21 Town of Deerfield described as <br /> follows: Commencing at Southwest corner of said 1/4 1/4; thence East 500 <br /> feet; to the point of beginning; thence continue East 500 feet more or less; <br /> thence North 700 feet more or less; along Village of Deerfield boundary, <br /> thence West 500 feet more or less; thence South 700 feet more or less to point <br /> of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE: <br />
