The approved stormwater <br /> management plan meets the requirements of Dane County's stormwater management ordinance. The <br /> development is subject to the following permit requirements: <br /> 1. All components of the stormwater management system must be constructed in accordance with <br /> the approved plans and applicable WI DNR and Dane County standards. <br /> 2. All stormwater management facilities shall be installed prior to April 15, 2017. <br /> 3. Upon completion of construction, as-built certification, bearing the seal of a professional <br /> engineer licensed in the State of Wisconsin, must be submitted for approval. <br /> 4.
