Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes District. <br /> Pet. #3593 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 20, Town of Rutland, described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 20, thence North, <br /> along the East line of said SE 1/4, 1322.24 feet; thence S 87° 26' 43" W, <br /> 1351.26 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 00° 01' 20" W, 550.80 feet; <br /> thence S 87° 26' 43" W, 530.41 feet; thence N 00° 01' 20" E, 550.80 feet to <br /> the North line of said SW 1/4 SE 1/4; thence N 87° 26' 43" E, along said North <br /> line, 530.41 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
