• <br /> PETITION NO.3 b03 . <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> RUTLAND <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 30 , Town of Rutland Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District. <br /> #3603: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 30, Town of Rutland described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northwesterly most corner of the Plat of Acres <br /> Green; thence S 86° 37' 50" W, 66.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continuing S 86° 37' 50" W, 383.01 feet to the West line of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 <br /> of said Section; thence S 02° 15' 49" E along the West line of the NE 1/4 SW <br /> 1/4 of said Section, 375.00 feet; thence N 86° 37' 50" E, 383.00 feet; thence <br /> N 02° 15' 49" W, 375.00 feet to the centeline of West Rutland Road. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
