ATTACHMENT TO APPLICATION TO REZONE LANDS (Raymond C. Zeier) In order to avoid confusion, Raymond C. Zeier requests that consideration of this application for rezoning be delayed until the recording of the proposed Certified Survey Map. He submits herewith legal descriptions for property referenced in the petition as "Lot 2, " "Lot 3, " and "The Triangle. " For ease of reference, however, a copy of the proposed Certified Survey Map is attached hereto showing "Lot 2" and "Lot 3. " On the attached map, "The Triangle" is shown in the Southeast corner of Lot 4 of the proposed Certified Survey Map. After recording of the Certified Survey Map, the parcels described below as "Lot 2" and "Lot 3" will be more easily described as Lot 2 and Lot 3 of the recorded Certified Survey Map. Similarly, the Triangle will more conveniently described as that portion of Lot 4 of the recorded Certified Survey Map which lies within the East 650 feet of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 28, T8N, R10E. "Lot 2" A parcel of land located in the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 28, Township 8 North, Range 10 East, Town of Burke, Dane County, Wisconsin, described as follows: commencing at the West 1/4 corner of said Section 28, thence North 89°46'4" East 758.69 feet, thence North 44°2 ' 31" West 179.18 feet, thence North 1°40 ' 14" West 729.83 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence South 88°19'46" West 176.70 feet, thence Northwesterly at a curve to the left whose radius is 60 feet and whose long cord bears North 33°28 ' 9" West 63. 23 feet, thence North 1°40' 14" West 150.95 feet, thence North 88°19'46" East 210.02 feet, thence South 1°40 ' 14" East 204.69 feet to the point of beginning.
