°;3, Land Conservation Division Dane County Land&Water Resources Department Patrick J.Sutter,County Conservationist A) ' DATE: December 19, 2008 TO: Douglas & Kathryn Barton Owners FROM: Jason Tuggle Erosion Control Specialist RE: Barton Residence- Shoreland Erosion Control Plan, SE2008-0378 The submitted shoreland erosion control plan meets the needs of the site and includes the following requirements: 1. The site will only be accessed off Bible Camp Road using a stone tracking pad. The pad must be a minimum of 30' long x 20' wide x 12" deep and be constructed of 3-inch clear stone. No other site access may be used and material deposited in the road will be cleaned up at the end of each workday. 2. Silt fence must be installed prior to grading in the locations shown on the plan and where deemed necessary, including down slope of all soil stockpiles. The silt fence must be maintained until the site is vegetated and stabilized. 3. Grading must be confined to the areas shown on the plan. No material storage, vehicle traffic or grading may occur in the areas identified as"undisturbed" or"vegetated buffer" on the plan. In the event any of these areas are disturbed, additional erosion control measures will be required. 4. The plan includes a construction schedule as follows: Grading and construction is scheduled to begin December 29, 2008. All disturbed areas must be temporarily seeded and mulched by February 15, 2009. All disturbed areas on site must be permanently restored with seed and mulch by June 30, 2009. The construction site will follow the plan according to the schedule approved by Dane County Land Conservation. This permit will expire on the stabilization date included in the plan (June 30,2009) and may be amended prior to permit expiration only.
