The grading plan shows drainage to the <br /> neighboring property to the south. We've had several problems with neighbor disputes in the past with regards to <br /> raising grades for new construction and shedding water to neighboring lots. I spoke with Jeremy and he would like <br /> to see a shallow swale along the southerly property line to carry any runoff to the rear yard. Please revise the plan <br /> to show the swale. No calcs necessary.
