• PETITION NO. 73(0 <br /> • <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF • <br /> RUTLAND <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section , Town of Rutland , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes • District. <br /> Pet. #3617: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 23, Town of Rutland described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the intersection of the West line of the E 1/2 NE 1/4 <br /> SW 1/4 and the centerline of Old Stone Road; thence Northeasterly along said <br /> centerline 180 feet more or less to the point of beginning; thence continue <br /> Northeasterly along said centerline, 400 feet more or less; thence North, 380 <br /> feet more or less; thence West, 400 feet more or less; thence South, 400 feet <br /> more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
