Per the City of Madison, <br /> 845.60' should be first added to the proposed finished floor elevation to convert to <br /> National Geodetic Vertical Datum 1929 (NGVD29). At the proposed location of the site, <br /> NGVD29 is approximately 0.15' higher than NAVD88. The vertical distance of 0.15' <br /> must than be subtracted from the NGVD29 elevation. <br /> Reference the below calculation for the final NAVD88 finished floor elevation. <br /> Proposed Finished Floor=125.50'+845.60'=971.10'(NGVD29)-0.15' =970.95'(NAVD88) <br /> The proposed finished floor of the Fairfield Inn& Suites located on Crossroads Drive is <br /> 970.95' based upon North American Vertical Datum 1988 (NAVD88). <br /> Sincerely, C p <br /> Excel Engineerin_ nc.
