• <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO: 9657 <br /> unending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of DUNN. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the <br /> Town of DUNN be amended to include in the A-2(1)Agricultural and A-1EX Exclusive Agricultural and <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER:9657 <br /> TO A-2: <br /> Being a part of Lot #3, Certified Survey Map #5251 which is now part of Lot #1, Certified Survey Map <br /> #5350 and located in the NW 1/4 SW 114 of Section 6, Town of Dunn described as follows: Commencing at <br /> the West quarter corner of said Section 6; thence S01°57'37" West, along the West line of said Section 6, <br /> 2.44 feet to the West quarter corner of said Section 6 Certified Survey Map #5350; thence continue <br /> S01°57'37" West, along said West line, 152.09 feet; thence N89°59'47" East, 33.02 feet to the Northwest <br /> corner of Lot#3, Certified Survey Map#5251;thence S01°57'37" West, along the West of said Lot#3 and <br /> the East line of Larsen Road, 279.75 feet to the point of beginning;thence continue S01°57'37"West along <br /> the West line of said Lot #3 and the East line of Larsen Road, 308.73 feet; thence S88°09'31"East, 241.53 <br /> feet; thence N01°50'29" East, 160.00 feet; thence N88°09'31" West, 55.00 feet; thence N01°50'29" East, <br /> 148.73 feet,thence N88°09'31"West, 185.89 feet to the point ofbeginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> ' onditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> irdinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of <br /> the land record the following restriction(s)on said land: <br /> 1. Deed restrict the A-2(1) parcel limiting uses exclusively to permitted uses in the A-2(J) <br /> district. <br /> Said restriction(s)shall nun in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board(s)as well as the owners <br /> of land within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the restriction(s)will cause the rezone to be null and <br /> void. A copy of the recorded document shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED <br /> - ' --'lie above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be <br /> prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective,if within 90 days of its approval <br /> by Dane County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br />
