This described action may affect certain unplatted parcels in the Town of Berry,Dane County, described as follows: The highway to be discontinued is described as follows: Brenda Kahl Clerk,Town of Berry A parcel of land located in the South 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of 9046 State Road 19 Mazomanie,WI 53560 Section 10, T8N, R7E, Town of Berry, Dane County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows: none (Parcel Identification Number) commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 10; thence N89°41'W 1431.43 feet; thence due North 1055.49 feet to a point of beginning of the centerline of Ketelboeter Road, which is on the Easterly right-of-way line of Schuman Road; thence S72°50'E along said centerline 211.2 Feet (0.04 mi.) to a point of termination at the end-point of Ketelboeter Road. Intending to discontinue the entire length and width of Ketelboeter Road. Easterly of Schuman Road.
