The Agricultural Extension & Education, Zoning, Planning & Water Resources Committee of the Dane County Board, pursuant <br /> to its powers and after a public hearing, the applicant for Conditional Use Permit No. /9.3 or his agent being <br /> afforded and opportunity to present relevant facts supporting the application, and after hearing all persons opposing <br /> such application, does hereby make the following: <br /> FINDING OF FACT <br /> 1. That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or f <br /> endanger the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2.
