DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 9575 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Mazomanie. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of <br /> Mazomanie be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 9575 <br /> A part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 15, Town of Mazomanie described as follows: Commencing at the <br /> South quarter corner of the said Section 15; thence due East 2.0 feet; thence East 240.0 feet to the centerline of <br /> US Highway 14; thence East 726.60 feet to the point of beginning; thence NO2°20' East 300.0 feet; thence West <br /> 676.60 feet; thence NO2°20' East 180.0 feet; thence East 711.60 feet; thence S02°20' West 430.0 feet; thence <br /> West 35.0 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following condition(s). <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the land <br /> record the following restriction(s) on said land: <br /> 1) Deed restrict the C-2 zoning lot limiting uses exclusively to grain, agricultural, and agronomy product <br /> storage, sales,processing and related uses, including parking and storage of vehicles associated with the <br /> grain facility, and sales and storage of landscape materials, and bulk propane. <br /> Said restriction(s) shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board(s) as well as the owners of land <br /> within 300 feet of the site.
