INTRODUCTION <br /> ire <br /> The proposed reconstruction is located in the Town of Albion, Dane County. The site is <br /> located in the NW '/ of the SE `/ of Section 25, T5N, R12E, as shown on the Location <br /> Map included as Exhibit #1. The site consists of an existing house that was flooded in <br /> June of 2008. The existing site is shown on Exhibit #2. The proposed construction <br /> includes removing the existing house, constructing a new house and filling the <br /> it surrounding area as shown on Exhibit#3. The proposed construction was previously <br /> permitted in 2006 as permit SE 2006-0037, however because construction never began <br /> and the permit expired in August of 2007, a new report is required <br /> a <br /> The proposed construction consists of land disturbing activity that is not exempt pursuant <br /> to 11.05(2) and is within 1,000 feet of Lake Koshkonong.
