The application fee is$386. The process will take approximately 4 months; 3 <br /> months for the zoning to be assigned and a month for the certified survey map to be approved. See attached process <br /> information. <br /> The most important part of the matter is that the adjacent neighbor, the Fox's, are on board with bringing their property up <br /> to date as well. The problem occurred when the Killerlain's sold a portion of property to the Flechall's(previous owners of <br /> the Fox property) in 1997. This transaction violated the land division regulations and zoning ordinances. The properties <br /> should have been rezoned and certified survey map lots created at that time. <br /> This matter came about due to a prospective buyer of the Killerlain property questioning whether or not the property was <br /> in compliance with zoning regulations.
