Effective December 9, 2016 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 11045 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance <br /> Section 10.03 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Dunn Location: Section 19 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> A-1 EX to A-2 <br /> A parcel located in the Southwest '/4 of the Southwest '/4 of Section 19, T6N, R10E, Town <br /> of Dunn, Dane County, Wisconsin, being more particularly described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southwest Corner of said Section 19; thence N O1°22'01" E, 1300.01 <br /> feet to the northwest corner of the SW 1/4 of the SW '/4; thence N 88°37'26" E along the <br /> north line of said SW '/4 of the SW 1/4 , 240.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continue N 88°37'26" E, along said line 1061.23 feet to the northeast corner of said SW <br /> 1/4 of the SW '/4; thence S 01°11'05" W along the east line of said SW 1/4 of the SW '/4; <br /> 654.87 feet; thence S 88°56'14" W, 668.00 feet; thence S 01°11'05" W to the south line <br /> of said SW 1/4 of the SW '/4; thence S 88°56'14"W along said south line 397.07 feet; <br /> thence N 01°21'52" E, 1301.32 feet to the point of beginning.
