' ' 3/7/87, <br /> TO: Town Board of Westport <br /> Dane County Zoning <br /> RE: Zoning change from A-1 to A-2, Petition #3619 <br /> The residents of the Town of Westport will endorse the proposed Paulson sand <br /> removal Zoning Petition #3619 C.U.P.#481, provided the following items are <br /> attached as a condition of that Permit and enforced by the County. <br /> 1) Driveway access to County Trunk Q will be located across from Balser Road <br /> and will be seal coated to prevent a dust problem, with proper maintenance <br /> in future years service. Upon completion of the Mineral extraction for the <br /> Plan submitted, this driveway access cannot be used for any further <br /> Mineral extraction permits. <br /> 2) Improve the Entrance and Exist from Highway Q as per Dane County Highway <br /> Department requirements. <br /> NJ' 'Plant Pine Trees along each side of the new Driveway access point from <br /> l <br /> �3 3 Highway Q to an area East which would be further than each of the residences <br /> Y lying to the South. <br /> 4) Land distributing activities will be limited at any one time to a 5 Acres <br /> +/- area and will be in accordance with the Plan submitted by D'Onofrip, <br /> Kottke and Associates, Inc., File No. 86-04-103, dated 1/28/86. <br /> 5) The Permit holder will post a 25,000 Bond guaranteeing the closing of the <br /> sand removal area when completed and the proper ground cover will be <br /> installed to promote vegetation. <br /> 6) The Permit holder will donate five cents per cubic yard to an escrow <br /> account established by the Town of Westport and to be used solely for the <br /> purpose of reclamation of the pits known today as the Schmacher, Walsh, <br /> Paulson and Tierny Pits.
