Will only level the sand hills and will keep the area disturbed to a <br /> minimum (± five acres) . <br /> 5. Will post a $25,000 Bond guaranteeing the closing of the sand removal <br /> area. <br /> 6. Will donate five cents per cubic yard to an escrow account to be given <br /> to the Town of Westport for the closing of the surrounding existing <br /> gravel pits.
