(See Site Plan) <br /> We propose to level off and remove two sand hills on the property and as the hills <br /> are leveled the topsoil will be replaced and seeded or put into crop production. <br /> Therefore, no more than approximately five acres will be opened at any one time. <br /> The existing gravel driveway,g g y, which has access to/class "A" road will be fixed up <br /> and tar sealed to prevent a dust problem. The existing trees and brush along the <br /> swale between the two hills and along the East and West sides of the property, <br /> which hide the existing Sand excavation, will remain and extra pine trees will be <br /> added if needed. <br /> The leveling of the hills will take ± ten years depending on the economic <br /> environment. However, each area will be closed as we progress into the hills, <br /> so the area of work will be minimized at all times. <br />
