70444 eic Veig4#
DANE COUNTY
WISCONSIN
April 25, 1986
William Fleck, Zoning Administrator
Dane County Department of Land Regulation
and Records .
210 Monona Avenue
Madison, WI
Dear Mr. Fleck:
Please be advised that the Town Board of the Town of Berry did on
March 10, 1986 approve the Zoning Petition No. 3620 by Duaine Niendorf
to change the zoning of .3 acres (more or less) from B-1 to C-2.
While the petition originally called for C-1, it was the Board's
opinion that C-2 was more appropriate to the current uses Mr. Niendorf
is engaged in. Therefore, the Board approved C-2 with the condition
that uses be those presently engaged in. This was conveyed to you
prior to the public hearing by Chairman Hoffmann and was also
confirmed by myself. This letter is at your request to have a formal
document stating the above. I hope this is satisfactory for your
needs.
Should you have any questions, please feel to contact me or the Town
Chairman, Herman Hoffmann.
Sincerely,
SEAL
J y Rendall • •
Clerk
RECEW 5)
D ,,c suRv
A i,1E CaV
)1E1 OR
