PETITION NO. 3c'c?3 <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> MEDINA <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> • <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> • <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 15, Town of Medina , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> RE-1 Recreational & A-2 Agriculture District. <br /> Pet. #3623: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 NE 1/4 & NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 15 Town of Medina <br /> described as follows: TO RE-l: Commencing at the Northwest corner of CSM <br /> 3235, thence N 11 feet more or less to centerline of Section 15, thence N <br /> along the North-South quarter line 1350 feet more or less; thence N 40° E 410 <br /> feet more or less to the South line of STH 19, thence Southeasterly along said <br /> South line 300 feet more or less, thence S 40° W 600 feet more or less, thence <br /> S 47° E 370 feet more or less, thence N 63° E 500 feet more or less to <br /> centerline of Boxelder Road; thence Southeasterly along said centerline 600 <br /> feet more or less, thence S 77° W 42 feet more or less, thence S 29° W 460 <br /> feet more or less to North line CSM 3235, thence W 790 feet more or less to <br /> the point of beginning.
