The floor plans showed an <br /> at-grade patio on the southeast corner of the house. <br /> On May 5, 2008,the final inspection of your project was requested by your company. <br /> On June 17, 2008, an site inspection was conducted by the Dane County Zoning Department. It <br /> was observed that the deck addition to the residence was constructed. The deck addition was not <br /> included on the floor plans that were submitted on December 7, 2007. <br /> Under Section 10.25(2)(a) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances (DCCO), a zoning permit is <br /> required for the deck addition to the residence. <br /> This letter serves as notice that your property at 3083 Lyman's Run is in violation of the <br /> ordinance. The deck addition was constructed without a Dane County zoning permit. <br /> You are hereby instructed to obtain a Dane County zoning permit for the deck addition to t i- <br /> residence within 30 days of the date of this letter.
