AO isoEROSION CONTROL MEASURES Exhibit #3 contains the Grading and Erosion Control Plan. The initial land 1 disturbing activity will be to install all sedimentation and erosion control measures, including the stone construction entrance and silt fence. During construction, all sedimentation and erosion control items will be maintained for maximum effectiveness. The stone construction entrance will have its stone replaced when the existing stone is no longer effective. Sediment trapped by the silt fence will be removed when it reaches a depth of approximately one-half foot. Disturbed areas will be temporary mulched within 8 months of initial disturbance and permanently restored within 1 year. Disturbed slopes greater than 20% will be temporary mulched within 7 days and permanently restored within 30 days. All pervious disturbed areas shall receive a minimum of four(4) inches of topsoil, I fertilizer, seed and mulch. Restoration will occur as soon after the disturbance as practical. Seed mixture 40 shall be used on areas where lawn type turf is preferred and mixture shall be in accordance with section 630 of D.O.T. specifications. An equal amount of annual ryegrass shall be added to the mix. Acceptable native species for the shoreland zone (within 35 feet of the Ordinary High Water Mark) shall be selected from the approved list, available at http:i iwww.danewaters.com/pdflapproved species.pdf. Fertilizer shall meet the following minimum requirements: Nitrogen, not less than 16%; Phosphoric Acid, not less than 8%; Potash, not less than 8%. Seed mixtures shall be applied at the rate of four pounds per one- thousand square feet. Fertilizer mixtures shall be applied at the rate of four pounds per one-thousand square feet.
