We (Jason Marshall and Daniel <br /> Marshall, as the current co-owners of the Property) wish to amend Petition 10939 to restructure <br /> the rezoning of that portion of the Property from an A-4 classification to an A-2 classification. <br /> As such, because of this restructuring, Jason Marshall shall be entitled to three (3) of the six(6) <br /> homesites available on the Property, and Daniel Marshall shall also be entitled to three(3) of the <br /> six (6) homesites available on the Property. All of this information will be included in the <br /> recorded deed(s)for the Property. <br /> By signing below, each of us, as the current co-owners of the Property, acknowledges, agrees <br /> and accepts (i) the restructuring of the rezoning of the Property from an A-4 classification to an <br /> A-2 classification and (ii) the breakdown of the homesites that will go with each landholding <br /> (i.e., Jason Marshall will get 3 of the available homesites and Daniel Marshall will also get 3 of <br /> the available homesites). <br /> Sincerely, <br /> „/"----Jason Marshall <br /> Lary/Ailliref <br /> Daniel Marshall <br />
