We (Jason Marshall and Daniel <br /> Marshall, as the current co-owners of the Property) wish to amend Petition 10939 to restructure <br /> the rezoning of that portion of the Property from an A-4 classification to an A-2 classification. <br /> As such, because of this restructuring, Jason Marshall shall be entitled to three (3) of the six(6) <br /> homesites available on the Property, and Daniel Marshall shall also be entitled to three(3) of the <br /> six (6) homesites available on the Property.
