IONINO 010iINANI.[ I\MLNOMLNI NO. � _____.l_ . <br /> Amending Section 10.(13 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Ru ti and <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows : <br /> That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended <br /> to include in the c-2 Commercial district <br /> the following described land: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 of Section 0, Town of Rutland described as follows: The SW 1/4 <br /> SW 1/4 of said Section 9 also the South 198 feet of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of said <br /> Section 9 al ,o the wet_ 200 feet of the north 874. 5 feet of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 <br /> of said Section 9. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 60 days of its adoption by the County <br /> Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the following <br /> restrictions running in favor of Dane County as well as the owners of the land: <br /> 1) .
