In your case, a <br /> location survey by a licensed surveyor is required to verify distance for the minimum required setback to the <br /> front property line and the minimum required setback to the north lot line.Please submit this location survey <br /> by mail or hand-deliver to our office,attention to Russell L. Bartlett. It must reach me within two weeks of <br /> the date of this letter or a citation will be issued for each day of non-compliance. <br /> Continuation of work without submitting a location survey has constituted a violation of the zoning <br /> permit conditions and of the Dane County Code of Ordinances, Chapter 10.25 (see below), and may result <br /> in further enforcement actions. <br /> 10.01 (30m)Location survey, as indicated in this ordinance, refers to survey information prepared by a <br /> licensed surveyor indicating the location of property lines and building location distances from those <br /> property lines for the specific portions of the building indicated in this ordinance. Such surveys are not <br /> required to provide all the parcel information set forth by Wisconsin Administrative Code Chapter A-E 7.02 <br /> Minimum Standards for Property Surveys item A-E 7.01(2) but may exclude unnecessary information as <br /> permitted in A-E 7.01(2)and provide only the information required by the zoning ordinance but such <br /> information must comply with the accuracy standard required by A-E 7.06 Measurements. <br /> 10.25(3)(a) 1.A location survey as defined herein shall be submitted to the zoning division for all <br /> construction, which will be located less than 10'from required setback lines. The survey shall be done at <br /> the time when foundations or basement walls are completed, or when slab is poured.
