We would like the northern lot line to be placed <br /> south of the waterway to allow room for a driveway to access the farm land <br /> in the center of the remaining crop land The driveway will take up space that <br /> is not presently cropped. The southern portion of the 3 acre lot will include <br /> land where the old buildings were which is poor crop land. The west lot line <br /> will be 20 feet from the back of the machine shed.
