July 19, 2016 <br /> Statement of Intent and Purpose <br /> My wife and I are purchasing 72.4 acres in the Town of Pleasant Springs. <br /> An active railroad track runs through the property splitting it into 2 lots, <br /> 12.4 acres and 60 acres. The 12.4 acres has the farmhouse and out <br /> buildings on it.
