The site plan shall be drawn to scale and show the lot lines and lot dimensions, the location and size of all existing and proposed buildings and their distances from all lot lines. The site plan must also show the location of any wells and septic features. The floor plan and elevation view also need to be drawn to scale. A front elevation is required to show the height of the structure from the property road frontage. An application for a single family residence also requires a private septic system permit issued by Dane County Environmental Health (608.242.6515) if your property is not serviced by public sanitary sewer. New residences in the Town of Pleasant Springs also require a driveway permit to be presented before receiving a zoning permit, please contact the Town of Pleasant Springs for permit information.
