Page 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1622 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT: The Conditional Use Permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Bed and breakfast. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 08/08/2000 EXPIRATION DATE: (See below) <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 27, Town of Blue Mounds described <br /> as follows: Lot #1, CSM #2905 found in Volume 11, Page 284 of <br /> Certified Survey Maps Dane County Register of Deeds Office. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1 . Restricted to a total of 8 people at any time, 6 vistors <br /> and 2 residents. <br /> 2 . 5 parking spaces required. <br /> 3 . No recreational activities. <br /> 4 . Total of 3 bedrooms, 1 handicapped and 2 regular. <br /> 5. Shall require county inspection. <br /> 6. Town must approve before any opening. <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND <br /> IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE <br /> FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the <br /> proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger <br /> the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2. That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the <br /> neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be <br /> substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, <br /> maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. <br /> 3. That the establishment of the proposed conditional use will not <br /> impede the normal and orderly development and improvement of <br /> the surrounding property for uses permitted in the district. <br /> 4. That adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and other <br /> necessary site improvements will be made. <br />
