Topographic map was used to <br /> determine the categorization of this waterway. The map shows that there is an <br /> intermittent stream that may be located on the property. An intermittent stream is one <br /> that has a periodic or recurrent flow. <br /> A site inspection was conducted on September 12, 2008 to verify the navigability of the <br /> waterway. It has been determined that this intermittent stream becomes navigable at <br /> a point approximately 400 feet east of the described building site. A noted feature of <br /> the beginning of this stream on your property is a culvert that crosses over Primrose <br /> Center Road at the southeasterly portion of your parcel. <br /> This letter serves as notice that the development that will occur on the parcel described <br /> in your application for a Navigability Determination is outside the Shoreland Zoning <br /> District as defined under section 11.02, Dane County Code of Ordinances. <br /> I hope you find this information helpful.
