The site may only be accessed off Barber Drive using the existing concrete driveway. No <br /> other site access may be used and material deposited in the road will be cleaned up <br /> throughout and at the end of each workday. <br /> 2. Silt sock (12" diameter or approved equivalent) must be installed prior to grading in the <br /> locations shown on the plan and where deemed necessary, including the down slope of all <br /> soil stockpiles. The silt sock must be maintained until the site is vegetated and stabilized. <br /> 3. Grading must be confined to the areas shown on the plan. No material storage, vehicle <br /> traffic or grading may occur in the areas identified as "undisturbed" or"vegetated buffer" <br /> on the plan. In the event any of these areas are disturbed, additional erosion control <br /> measures will be required. <br /> 4. The plan includes a construction schedule as follows: <br /> Grading and construction is scheduled to begin on Octobe 20, 008. <br /> All disturbed areas on the site must be permanently seeded and mulched by June <br /> 30, 2009. <br /> The construction site must follow the plan according to the schedule approved by Dane County <br /> Land Conservation. This permit will expire on the stabilization date included in the plan <br /> (June 30, 2009) and may be amended prior to permit expiration only. This review is for the <br /> erosion control requirements of Chapter 11, Dane County Code of Ordinances only and other <br /> approvals may be necessary. The applicant must obtain a permit card from the Land <br /> Conservation counter and display it on the site prior to disturbing ground.
