MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY <br /> tor <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> COMMITTEE HELD ON December 21, 1989 <br /> The following members were present: Kruschke, Harvey, Jones & Rendall <br /> Also: Attorney Mike Lawton <br /> Meeting called to order by Chair Krushcke at 6:00 p.m. in Room 2E, City-County <br /> Building. <br /> Rendall/Harvey to go into closed session pursuant to § 19.85(1) (g) conferring <br /> with legal counsel concerning pending litigation (Fleck vs. Dane County Board <br /> of Adjustment - Case (89 CV 5696) . <br /> Roll call vote: Rendall- aye, Harvey - aye, Jones - aye and Kruschke - aye. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> Discussion: <br /> Rendall/Harvey to reconvene in open session. <br /> Roll call vote: Rendall - aye, Harvey - aye, Jones - aye and Kruschke - aye. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> Meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m. , by Chair Kruschke to hold public hearing <br /> as published by Class II Notice. Testimony was recorded on tape. <br /> The following members were present: Kruschke, Jones, Harvey & Rendall <br /> Also: Reynolds. <br /> Jones/Harvey to amend minutes of 11/16/89 Re: Decision of Appeal #1914 to <br /> read; Quackenbush/Harvey to grant variance of 47 more or less feet from <br /> required setback to normal high watermark to permit addition to existing <br /> building which is 28 more or less feet from said normal high watermark and <br /> allow above ground fuel tank and containment structure as proposed. Also, to <br /> grant special exception permit with conditions for fill, grade and retaining <br /> walls as proposed. Motion carried - 3-0. <br /> Harvey/Jones to approve minutes of 9/28, 10/18, 10/24, 11/14, 11/16 & 12/19. <br /> Motion carried - 3-0. <br /> #1926. Appeal by Charles H. Burch II for a Special Exception Permit as <br /> provided by Section 11.05 (3) to permit filling, grading, etc. within 300 feet <br /> of Lake Kegonsa at 3071A Sunnyside Street being Lot #7, Block 2, Addition to <br /> Lee's Park - Section 18, Town of Pleasant Springs. <br /> IN FAVOR: C. Burch OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: ---. <br /> #1927. Appeal by Carl Drake, agent for Wisconsin Brick & Block for a variance <br /> from required setback from road as provided by Section 10.17(1) to permit <br /> accessory building and fuel storage tanks at 6399 Nesbitt Road in the SE 1/4 <br /> 411,0 SE 1/4 - Section 12, Town of Verona. <br />
