BOA 9/28/89 Minutes <br /> Page 4 <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Shoreline rip-rap will remain intact as exists. <br /> 2) . Retaining wall and planter will extend no more than 4 feet from building <br /> line. <br /> 3) . Project should not have any effect on erosion, siltation or water run-off. <br /> 4) . Town Board in favor. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Permit granted as per plans submitted. <br /> 2) . The project as planned, will not result in substantial detriment to <br /> navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, impairment of fish or aquatic <br /> life, or safe and healthful conditions. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> ziANSCS -4ASe- "- ' <br /> #1907. Quackenbush/Jones to grant permit with conditions to fill and grade <br /> for water drainage after construction of new residence. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1) . The filled and/or graded and disturbed areas shall be sodded or seeded <br /> with fast growing grasses and mulched to prevent siltation or erosion. <br /> 4) . This permit has no reflection upon proposed deck, stairs or patio <br /> locations. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Applicant has provided landscape plan of fill and grade. <br /> 2) . Town Board in favor. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . The project as planned with specified conditions; will not result in <br /> substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, <br /> impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> Petitions from previous hearings: <br /> #1891. McFadden - Pleasant Springs <br /> Quackenbush/Harvey to grant permit with conditions to fill and grade after <br /> construction of residence. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1) . The filled and/or graded and disturbed areas shall be sodded or seeded <br /> with fast growing grasses and mulched to prevent siltation or erosion. <br /> 2) . Permit granted as per plans submitted. <br /> 3) . The applicant shall request inspection by the Dane County Zoning <br /> Department upon completion of the project. <br />
