Woldt - Dunn. <br /> Quackenbush/Harvey to grant reconsideration. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> Quackenbush/Harvey to grant request amending variance to allow a 40' x 20' <br /> addition to residence. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Encroachment into sideyard remains at 3 feet this amendment only <br /> lengthens the addition by 2 feet. <br /> 2) . Applicant originally granted variance for 38' x 20' addition. <br /> 3) . Applicant discovered old buried septic tank at 38 foot addition, 40 foot <br /> addition will clear old tank. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible without <br /> injustice to applicant. <br /> 2) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> Other business: <br /> a) .
