Testimony given at August 24, 1989 and at September 7, 1989 <br /> meetings will be uses in considering the following variances and Special <br /> Exceptions: <br /> #1881. Appeal by Ralph Racette for a variance from required setback from <br /> normal high watermark as provided by §11.03(2) (b) to permit construction of <br /> viewing platform. Also for a Special Exception Permit as provided by <br /> §11.05(3) to permit filling, grading, etc. , within 300 feet of Lake Kegonsa at <br /> 1991 Skyline Drive in the SW1/4 NW1/4 being Lot 2, Certified Survey Map #5815, <br /> (11, Section 29, Town of Pleasant Springs. <br /> (No additional testimony was taken) . <br /> #1882.
