The plan includes the <br /> following requirements: <br /> 1. The site may only be accessed off Barber Drive using the existing driveway. No other <br /> site access may be used and material deposited in the roadway will be cleaned at the end <br /> of each workday. <br /> 2. Silt fence must be installed prior to grading in the locations shown on the plan and where <br /> deemed necessary, including down slope of all soil stockpiles. The silt fence must be <br /> maintained until the site is vegetated and stabilized. <br /> 3. Grading must be confined to the areas shown on the plan. No material storage,vehicle <br /> traffic or grading may occur in the areas identified as"undisturbed"or"vegetated buffer" <br /> on the plan. In the event any of these areas are disturbed,additional erosion control <br /> measures may be required. <br /> 4.
