(A copy of this notice is enclosed.) <br /> Inspection has disclosed that ordinance requirements have not been complied with. Chapter 2 <br /> Dane County Ordinances, (Section 2.03(2) and (3), provides that citations may be issued for <br /> enforcement of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance; and/or, <br /> The Dane County Zoning Ordinance provides under Section 10.25(5)that any person or persons, <br /> firm, company or corporation either owner, occupant or other user of the premises, who violates, <br /> disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or resists the enforcement of any of the <br /> provisions of this ordinance shall be subject to a forfeiture of not less than five dollars, nor more <br /> than two hundred dollars and costs. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute <br /> a separate offense. Compliance herewith shall be enforced by injunction order at the suite of the <br /> county or occupant of real estate within the district affected by the regulations of this ordinance. It <br /> shall not be necessary to prosecute for forfeiture before resorting to injunction proceedings. <br /> You are hereby notified that compliance will be expected no later than January 26, 2009.
