0 <br /> -2- <br /> The Department retains the right to reinstall fish loading ramps <br /> and fish pens if it becomes necessary to remove rough fish from the <br /> Madison lakes. Such installation shall be done in a manner mutually <br /> agreed upon by the parties hereto. <br /> No filling or vegetative removal in wetland areas shall be vermitted <br /> without prior written Departmental approval. <br /> This agreement does not vest any hunting, fishing or trapping <br /> rights in the County; said rights remaining under the control of <br /> the Department. <br /> The County agrees to save the Department harmless from any and <br /> all claims by third persons, for damage through personal injury or <br /> damage to property incurred on the subject premises caused by the <br /> fault or neglect of the County. <br /> The Department may terminate this agreement after thirty (30) <br /> days notice to the County for a breach of any and all terms and conditions <br /> of this agreement.
