I am <br /> concerned that there is a misunderstanding about this project. When I built my house,the deck was <br /> included in the drawings,the permit,and payment. At that time, I believed that I was going to be able <br /> to complete the deck. My delay in doing so was based on financial considerations and I just now have <br /> enough extra money to complete it. Please understand there was never any intention to mislead the <br /> county. <br /> Although the original permit included drawings of the house with the deck, for your reference, I have <br /> enclosed a copy of the foundation survey that shows the deck as being built, as well as a copy of the <br /> original permit.
