If email submission is not possible, <br /> legal descriptions can be submitted on CD-ROM. When making application for a Rezone or CUP, please provide <br /> zoning staff with a hardcopy of the legal description(s). Email submissions of legal descriptions must be made <br /> within two(2)weeks of the date you applied for the rezone/CUP with Dane County.
