INTRODUCTION <br /> The proposed reconstruction is located in the Town of Albion, Dane County. The site is <br /> located in the NW 'V of the SE % of Section 25, T5N, R12E, as shown on the Location <br /> Map included as Exhibit #1. The site consists of an existing house that was flooded in <br /> di <br /> June of 2008. The existing site is shown on Exhibit #2. The proposed construction <br /> includes raising the existing house and filling the surrounding area as shown on Exhibit <br /> #3. <br /> di <br /> The proposed construction consists of land disturbing activity that is not exempt pursuant <br /> to 11.05(2) and is within 1,000 feet of Lake Koshkonong.
