Disturbed slopes greater than 20%must be permanently seeded and mulched <br /> within 30 days of initial disturbance. <br /> All disturbed areas remaining on site must be restored with permanent seed and <br /> mulched by May 1, 2010. <br /> The construction site will follow the plan according to the schedule approved by Dane County <br /> Land Conservation. This permit will expire on the stabilization date included in the plan <br /> (May 1, 2010) and may be amended prior to permit expiration only. Subsequent revisions <br /> will be charged a fee of$50 per revision. This review is for the shoreland erosion control <br /> requirements of Chapter 11,Dane County Code of Ordinances only and other approvals may be <br /> necessary. The applicant must obtain a permit card from the Land Conservation counter <br /> and display it on the site prior to disturbing ground.
